Kicking off the week in standard fashion. Get stuck in as we bring you our selection of the best boots on show from planet football.
Yann Kermorgant (Bournemouth) adidas Nitrocharge
Bournemouth sealed promotion and the Championship title at the weekend by winning at Charlton whilst Watford could only draw with Sheffield Wednesday. Yann Kermorgant was in action for the Premier League new boys wearing a complete black-out, proto-type-esque version of the adidas Nitrocharge.
John Fleck (Coventry City) Nike Tiempo Legend V
Coventry City maintained their League One status at the expense of Crawley Town on Sunday. The pick of the boot spotting action came from the Sky Blues midfielder John Fleck who has matched up his club's colours with a pair of customised Nike Tiempo Legend V boots.
Danny Coles (Forest Green Rovers) adidas Predator Instinct
Forest Green Rovers will spend another season in the Conference after being knocked out of the play-offs by Bristol Rovers. The non-league club's fluorescent strip wasn't enough for Danny Coles who added further to the eccentric design with a pair of Light Flash Yellow/Dark Grey adidas Predator Instinct boots.
Kelly Youga (Crawley Town) Nike Premier
Those late-season hard pitches always produce classic pairs of mouldies and Crawley's Kelly Youga gave us a rare look at the Nike Premier FG at the weekend. A boot that has massive popularity in the amateur game, due to a simplistic design and reasonable price-tag, but little support on the professional scene.
Mauricio Pinilla (Atalanta) Umbro Velocita
Mauricio Pinilla has been flying the Umbro flag in Serie A this season. Reppin' one of the hottest new arrivals in the shape of the Velocita, the Chilean striker moved into the rarer spotted Black/Pink Glo/Blue Atoll colourway as his side drew 1-1 with Lazio.
Filippo Inzaghi (Zanetti & Friends) adidas Copa Mundial
Italian legend Filippo Inzaghi put aside his AC Milan managerial worries to turn out in a charity match for Javier Zanetti and friends this week. A Diadora man for the best part of his career Inzaghi turned out in a complete black-out pair of adidas Copa Mundial boots for the charity match.
Will Grigg (MK Dons) Nike Mercurial Vapor X
MK Dons sealed promotion to the Championship with an emphatic 5-1 victory over Yeovil as Preston slipped up at Colchester. Will Grigg's goals have gone a long way to the clubs success this season, the CR7 of League One if you like, well according to his choice of boots anyway.
Gabrielle George (Everton) Nike Tiempo Legend V
One of the best custom colourways of the week came from Everton Ladies' player Gabrielle George. Matching up her home strip with an all blue and black Nike Tiempo Legend V, George created a smart all in one design as her side lost 3-0 to Notts County at Goodison Park.
Hulk (Zenit St Petersburg) Mizuno Morelia Neo
Hulk has been sporting the new Morelia Neo colourway ahead of schedule for the past few weeks. As of yet the Yellow/Black paint job has yet to hit the shelves, with no official announcement from Mizuno themselves but the Brazilian beast has got hold of pair as Zenit drew 1-1 with Spartak Moscow.
Harry Arter (Bournemouth) Nike T90 Laser IV
Harry Arter will be a Premier League player next season, no wonder he looks happy. The Bournemouth man scored his side's second goal in a 3-0 win on Saturday in his Volt Nike T90 Laser IV boots. We regularly still see the T90 silo across pitches worldwide with many players agreeing that Nike have never replaced it with a similar styled model.
Tom Eastmond (Colchester) Nike T90 Laser III
Tom Eastmond wen tone better than Arter on Sunday as he secured League One survival with Colchester United wearing the third-generation Nike T90 Laser. There can't be many pairs of these knocking around anymore, but Eastmond has kept them in decent enough condition, he might even get another season out of them.
