Levi’s Offer an Alternative Way To Show Support for England

Yes, you can rep a football shirt naturally these days as part of a football fit. But if you’re looking for an alternative to showing your support for England during the World Cup, you could do a lot worse than Levi’s latest collection.

Partnering with The Football Association and the England National Team, the Levi’s England collection celebrates the passion and ritual of English football fandom through the brand’s iconic denim craft. The campaign is part of Levi’s broader global partnership with four of football’s most iconic national federations, including Mexico, USA, and France, who each receive their own dedicated collection ahead of this summer’s tournament. But we’re here for England…

The Levi’s England Collection is the third of four federation drops landing ahead of kickoff this June, and it leans hard into the red-and-white DNA of the Three Lions. It’s a tight five-piece capsule designed to work as a full look or slot into what you’ve already got in rotation, no overthinking required.

At the centre of it all is a lighter wash Type II Trucker Jacket, finished with a bold back patch that pulls from the FA crest without feeling too on-the-nose. If you prefer your denim with a bit more bite, the darker Type III jacket brings things front and centre with the crest sitting clean on the chest. Elsewhere, red 478 Baggy Shorts do the heavy lifting when the temperature rises, while a bandana and matching tote round things off—practical bits that still carry that same sense of considered design.

What Levi’s has done well here is avoid the usual “merch” trap. These aren’t throwaway pieces you’ll wear for a few group games and forget about. There’s an heirloom quality to the whole thing – proper denim, rooted in culture, made to stick around long after the final whistle.

With England, we wanted every detail of the collection and campaign to feel true to the culture,” says Leo Gamboa, Vice President of Global Collaborations at Levi’s. “Partnering with such an iconic football federation was a natural fit, and featuring 194 brought an authentic, London-rooted perspective.

And that’s the thing, it feels considered. It feels local. It feels like something you’d actually want to wear beyond the pub garden or the living room when England are playing. So if the idea of squeezing into a replica shirt every matchday isn’t doing it for you this summer, Levi’s might have just delivered the perfect alternative.
