Completing the adidas x Humanrace footwear collection comes a duo of Predator Mutator .1 TR editions designed by Pharrell Williams and inspired by the Manchester United and Arsenal jerseys from the same disruptive collaborative capsule.

What we've got here is the off-pitch iteration of the Predator Mutator which uses that full Boost midsole and knitted upper in a lifestyle twist. The collar of the boot creates a hi-top sneaker silhouette of which adidas have handed over to Pharrell to get creative with. The result of that is two unique aesthetics that borrow hues from the matching retro Manchester United and Arsenal away jerseys.

The Arsenal Predator Mutator .1 TR edition uses one of the most recognised kits from the London club’s history, the ‘bruised banana’ jersey from the 1991-3 seasons. Taking the hand painted, paint-bleed effect from the shirt and transferring it onto the shoe to inject a shot of throwback goodness into the collection.

Pharrell’s remixed Manchester United jersey started from the club’s iconic snowflake blue and white print – first seen on the 1990-92 away kit. It was a design born out of the city’s famous house music scene of the late 80s, with the team of today utilising a tie dye affect to create a modern-day version of the legendary graphic.
