Nike have unveiled Athletic Club de Bilbao's kits for the upcoming season. The Spanish club, who finished 4th in La Liga last season, will wear their traditional red and white stripes at home and a mostly a green shirt for away games.

Boasting a thinner stripe and a large tonal chevron subtly placed in the background, the new home shirt has a black crewneck collar with white trim, and new for this season, red sleeves with a black cuff and white trim. Inside the back of the neck is a pennant tab featuring the flag of the Basque country, which Athletic Club proudly represents. The new home shorts are black, as are the socks, with a thin red stripe on each side.

More of a departure from the norm howver is the new away kit which is said to act as a symbol of Basque national pride by featuring all the colours of their flag. The new away shirt comes in a predominatly green base color, red shoulder panels and white cuffs with a red trim. The shirt has a V-neck collar with white at the back and a thinner red trim at the front. Inside the back of the neck is a pennant tab featuring the flag of the Basque Country. The new away shorts are white with a thin red stripe on each side and the new away socks are red.
