Completing the set for the 2019/20 season and with a European campaign in mind, adidas launch the Wolves third shirt, and it comes with a certain Mexican flavour about it. No, not spicy burritos, rather a green base with red and white accents.

After successfully negotiating the qualifying rounds, Wolverhampton Wanderers have made it into the Europa League proper, finding themselves in a group with Besiktas, Slovan Bratislava and Sporting Braga. And for the campaign, adidas have launched the 2019/20 third kit, which we reckon Raul Jimenez had a big hand in designing. Probably wasn’t keen on Mexico’s recent departure from tradition.

The Wolves third shirt features a green base with a sublimated glitched hoop pattern. Red flashes through the Three Stripes on the shoulders, while it also appears subtly on the outer edge of the white collar and cuffs. The sponsor and branding are also white, keeping the jarring nature of the ManBetX logo to a minimum. Don't expect it to get much on pitch action, after all, gold rarely clashes with other kits, but you'll be able to see it in the odd European or domestic cup game.
