PUMA Launch The Future 18.1 NetFit Football Boots

PUMA officially launch their debut Future 18.1 NetFit colourway as the new silo prepares to hit pitches for the first time this weekend. Antoine Griezmann, Adam Lallana, and Marco Reus will headline the dynamic silo which will spearhead the brand into the 2018 World Cup.

After teasing the silo with a limited edition colourway and a signature design for Griezmann, PUMA have finally dropped their first general release Future 18.1 NetFit in a disruptive "Fizzy Yellow" graphic execution, allowing the key technologies to shine in eccentric style.

We already know a bit about the innovation behind the Future 18.1, and it's all about that NetFit tech. PUMA have created NetFit to allow the player to lace their boots any way they want in order to fit perfectly, no matter the foot shape or lock-down need.

The NetFit technology was initially designed for running, but PUMA have adapted it for football by applying it to the upper to create a boot that is aggressive in its aesthetic and unique in its appearance, while offering an individual fit experience.

Basically, the NetFit technology covers much of the upper and is made up of numerous lace aglets to allow the player to experiment for the perfect fit; it's a case of trial and error but eventually you'll find that perfect fit and appreciate the versatility the boot offers.

We're not going to sit on the fence here... the Future 18.1 NetFit has the potential to be PUMA's best boot of the decade. In NetFit they've found a genuine innovation and by fusing it to the evoKNIT sock and striking zones they've created a snug-fit in a killer silhouette.
