PUMA flip the switch on their Future 18.1 NetFit silo as the versatile silhouette descends into darkness, joining the recently released ONE 18.1 "Blackout" to complete the Eclipse Pack.

The blackout edition of the ONE 18.1 dropped in early February, at a similar time to the "Black/Fizzy Yellow" Future 18.1 option, and now PUMA have blacked out that flash of colour to introduce a completely darkened version to the market. That's three out of the first five Future 18.1 colourways that have landed in predominantly black wraps. Old school.

Don't expect them to feature on pitch, PUMA will likely keep their contracted Future 18.1 players in the eccentric launch edition, but do expect these to fly off the shelves.

The PUMA Future 18.1 is all about that NetFit tech. PUMA have created NetFit to allow the player to lace their boots any way they want in order to fit perfectly, no matter the foot shape or lock-down need. The netted area around the upper features numerous lace aglets for players to experiment with to find the perfect harness, a concept that impressed in our Laced Up Review. Clever stuff. A bright idea wrapped in an aesthetic that's darker than your internet history.
