For the first time in 10 years, Nike roll out their three-strong roster in a collective look as part of what is the new ‘Daybreak Pack’. It sees the launch look for the Phantom GT joined by bright and bold block colourings across the Mercurial Superfly VII and Vapor XIII, and Tiempo Legend VIII.

Nike turn on the summer style with the latest update to the Mercurial Superfly VII and Vapor XIII, alongside the Tiempo Legend VIII, all of which join the already unveiled and all-new Phantom GT in the ‘Daybreak Pack’. That boot launched in two colour options of “Black/Silver/Pink Blast” and “White/Pink Blast/Black”, and it’s the latter that has been recruited for Nike’s new pack.

For the Mercurial, a new “Laser Orange/Black/White” colourway wraps around both the Superfly VII and Vapor XIII, and it features an updated visual design with the recently introduced lightning bolt Swoosh positioned on the lateral side of the boot. That Swoosh first appeared on the ‘Neighbourhood Pack’, and has since travelled across a range of Nike’s sneakers as part of the brand’s ‘Euro Tour’ collection. And now it makes its second on-pitch appearance, albeit restricted only to the Superfly and Vapor models.

For the Tiempo Legend VIII it’s a familiar look, with block blue dominating the rear of the boot, wrapping around the Quadfit Mesh heel, ending where the premium, unstitched K-Leather takes over in white. Underneath that outer layer is a Flyknit tunnel, which wraps the mid-foot for a custom fit. The Swoosh, laces, tongue and collar come in black, adding a contrast to the two main colours.

And saving the newest for last, we have the Phantom GT. For those that missed the launch, the new boot replaces the Phantom VNM and VSN, pulling together the best of each for a new playing experience, thanks to a new Generative Texture. That Generative Texture across the upper not only promotes critical interactions with the ball, but it contributes to the standout new aesthetics.
