And so we are down to it: the business end of EURO 2020. Ready for the action to come, adidas have unveiled the Uniforia Finale, official match ball for the Semi-Finals & Final of the tournament, dressing up the standard Uniforia in a silvery suit that's fitting for the occasion.

EURO 2020 has been full of surprises, with holders Portugal joining favourites France in being unceremoniously dumped out of the competition early on. And those surprises have not stopped coming, however, now there’s just four teams left standing: Italy, Spain, Denmark and England. Is it coming home? Guess we’ll just have to wait and see. Either way, it will be the new adidas Uniforia Finale that will be hitting the back of the net at Wembley from here on.

Much like the Uniforia ball used in the tournament up until this point, the design of the Uniforia Finale commemorates the notion of crossing bridges, blending borders and diversity of fan and athlete through a unique collision of art and football. For adidas, the ball represents that one symbol of possibility – the vehicle that can inspire the next generation of footballing talent and grassroots communities around the world.

For the ball that will be used to crown the winners of this year’s tournament, extra details have been added to celebrate the location and potential glory of the final matches, ensuring that the ball stands out on the field. These include watermark details of Wembley Stadium – where the Semi-Finals and Final of Euro 2020 will be played; as well as an extra white print for a light appearance. These features are contrasted with signal green, red, cyan and pink brushstrokes, inspired by iconic London symbols and traditional colours of football celebration that sit against a black background representing the dark London night sky.
