Big news coming out of Manchester is that United have signed a five-year deal with global technology company TeamViewer as the sixth shirt sponsor in the club's history. TeamViewer will replace Chevrolet as the name on the club’s shirt next season.

Manchester United have agreed a monster five-year deal with technology company TeamViewer to become the club's new shirt sponsor from next season. It is understood the overall deal is worth £235m (55m Euros a year), with United believing it to be the biggest shirt only sponsorship deal in the Premier League and the largest sponsorship of any kind secured by a sports team during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Germany-based TeamViewer will replace Chevrolet at the start of the 2021/22 season on the front of United shirts, ending the American car manufacturer's seven-year run as United's shirt sponsors. For those unfamiliar, TeamViewer is one of Europe’s fastest-growing software companies and has been installed on over 2.5billion devices, has nearly 600,000 subscribers, and operates in almost all countries globally. The TeamViewer logo is blue and white but will be modified to just white on United's shirts due to their rivalry with neighbours City.

It is also understood United are in discussions over a new training kit sponsor and intend to replace Chevrolet with a new automobile sponsor, although no further details have emerged on that story yet.
