Continuing their season-long ‘Farewell Griffin Park’ celebration, Brentford launch the 'Griffin Park' Commemorative third shirt, which honours the club’s first-ever win at the stadium almost 115 years ago.

As Brentford celebrate their final season at Griffin Park, the club’s home for over 115 years, Umbro have provided them with a commemorative third shirt that harks back to the club’s first win at the stadium on 22 October 1904, which came at the fourth time of asking, in a match against Millwall. And rather poetically, the Bees will mark that first-ever victory at their famous old stadium by donning the 1904-inspired third kit against the same opposition on 19 October.

The Commemorative shirt features a stylised crew neckline in spun poly fabric with printed tonal blue stripe, a gold woven crest and a ‘Farewell Griffin Park’ back neck sign-off. EcoWorld London, Brentford’s Principal Partners, agreed to remove their logo from the replica versions, adding to the authentic throwback feeling of the shirt.
