Looking ahead to the new season, Ezeta design studio have unveiled the new 23/24 away shirt for Italian minnows, Alba Roma 1907. The design follows suit with the striking templates produced for the 22/23 season, freshening up the colour palette.

Italian design studio, Ezeta sprung on to our radar over this last year, producing some truly striking designs for non-league sides in their home country. Their approach saw a freshness and experimental nature that’s often not present from some of the bigger clubs and brands in the game, putting a spotlight on sides that you’ve probably never even heard of. Now they’re back where they started, with a new away shirt for Alba Roma 1907.

For those that may have missed the 22/23 kits, Società Sportiva Alba-Audace, also known as Alba Roma, was an Italian football club from the Flaminio area of Rome, founded in 1907. The club was most noted for competing in the early Italian Football Championship competitions, before becoming one of three Rome based clubs merging to form AS Roma in 1927. They were reformed in 2020 and now play in the Terza Categoria in the Italian lower leagues.

The original club’s home shirt was green with a large white horizontal stripe in the middle, created from three separate pieces of fabric stitched together, and that look was recreated for the 22/23 home shirt. Now, for the 23/23 away shirt, that colour scheme has been inverted, with a white base playing host to the central green band and green trim on the collar and cuffs. The same sublimated graphic of the club crest again repeats over and over throughout the design, while the club crest itself, along with the Ezeta branding and ‘1907’ sign off, all appear in 3D silicone print.
