As the forthcoming 2015/16 UEFA Champions League draw gets underway, PSV and Umbro have released their kit that will be worn as the club embarks on their European travels.

Putting a shine on the European scene, Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven will wear a unique though contemporary ‘bluefish’ colour for the 15/16 season. A kit that lures you in, it's clear that although bright and bold from distance, the closer you get the more it gives. Inspired by one of the greatest moments in the club's history, the new shirt features a diagonal matt and shine jacquard design which is a subtle nod to the kit they wore when lifting the European Cup in 1988. A strong omen to carry with them that's for sure.

Some description

A smart v-neck rib collar help bring the shirt together while the socks, with a single stripe that wraps around the shin puts them in a strong place. Back to the shirt, above the club crest are two gold stars, symbolising the 22 league titles the club has to its name. The back of the shirt meanwhile sits the motto in all it's glory, 'Eendracht Maakt Macht' (strength in unity).

A mighty fine kit, it's available now from various stockists. Blue with envy? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
