PSV Eindhoven reveal their new Umbro home kit for the 2017/18 season with the Double Diamond taking inspiration from 1994 and the shirt Ronaldo wore to make his mark at the club.

Umbro have orchestrated the return of four red stripes and three white ones to create a shirt that will remind fans of R9 running riot back in '94. The order of the stripes differs from the shirts worn in previous season and the club have inserted a white strip in the middle of the jersey to allow room for the clean sponsor.

Some description

A layer of red sits atop the shoulders with faint retro Double Diamond branding, and the back of the shirt features a red square with the player’s name and number with stripes on the bottom part of the shirt. The shorts are traditionally black and the socks are white, with some red flashes. As far as red and white striped home shirts go, this is a decent one. Not changing too much, but changing enough to avoid it going stale. Can't see many complaints from the PSV Eindhoven faithful here.
