Paying homage to the Pedro Pompilio Complex, better known as “Casa Amarilla”, Adidas launch the Boca Juniors 2022 Third Shirt, which features a design that draws inspiration from the club’s shirt from 1985.

Completing the set for the season following the earlier releases of the home and away shirts, adidas unveil the new Boca Juniors third shirt, which once again arrives in the classic yellow colouring, trimmed in blue that is so strongly associated with the Argentinian side. Where last season’s third shirt paid homage to the club’s iconic home of La Bombonera, this time it’s the one of the side’s more spiritual homes that comes into focus.

The  Pedro Pompilio Complex, known as "Casa Amariila" (yellow house) is located in La Ribera, near La Bombonera. It’s a place where the Boca Juniors youth divisions are trained, with the first team also visiting on occasion. Above the gates to Casa Amarilla is a famous 'BOCA' sign, and it's this sign that forms the inspiration behind the repeating sublimated graphic that covers the whole shirt. The design of the rest of the shirt closely resembles that of the club’s 1985 shirt, with the welcome return of that traditional collar.

The words "Casa Amarilla" feature on the back, beneath the neckline, acting as the perfect sign off for the design.
