Shortly after revealing their new Third shirt for 2023/24 from adidas, Boca Juniors debuted the kit in their 1-0 Primera Division win against Argentinos Juniors. The design of the kit is inspired by the Nicolás Avellaneda Bridge, one of the most emblematic symbols of La Boca neighbourhood.

Providing a strong, fresh look for the Argentinian side, adidas have revealed the new Boca Juniors 2023 third kit, which features a unique design inspired by the Nicolás Avellaneda ferry bridge, an old structure that rises above the Riachuelo and joins the district of Avellaneda. It is one of the eight that remain standing around the world and was declared a National Historic Landmark. The inspiration is realised in the graphic that dominates the front of the clubs new shirt.

The kit sees a combination of blue hues, with a light blue base joined by royal blue accents on the collar, cuffs and Three Stripes on the shoulders. That tone of blue is combined with yellow to form Boca’s traditional colour combo. The chevron style graphic plays out on the upper and lower portion of the front of the shirt, leaving a space for the sponsor, however, Boca played in the match against Argentinos Juniors with a sponsor-less version. A small print of the bridge appears on the inside of the neck.
