Continuing their link up for yet another fresh feel, this time coming underfoot, Nike and Paris Saint-Germain launch the PSG Epic React Flyknit 2, a sneaker that takes the Parisian club’s influence into the running world.

The working relationship between Nike and PSG is clearly a good one, with both brand and club sharing the same ethos on their approach to treading new ground. And the latest collaboration from the pair take this quite literally, cushioning every stride with the PSG Epic React Flyknit 2.

It’s not the first time that the PSG logo has found its way onto some of Nike’s non-football footwear, with last year's unprecedented Jordan x PSG crossover providing the Air Jordan 1 and 5 with some Parisian flavour. But the Epic React Flyknit 2 sees a move away from the pitch and the court to expand PSG’s influence to the running world.

The PSG Epic React Flyknit is set to drop in two colourways: the first being a black sneaker with pink accents, reminiscent of PSG’s 2015-16 Champions League jersey, and the second in a blue and red look that ties in with the club’s home colours.

The sneaker itself offers a smooth, responsive ride thanks to the Nike React technology and an upper that conforms to the contours of the foot. Although primarily a performance shoe, you can expect to see Neymar, Mbappe, Cavani and the rest enjoying the easy comfort of the Epic React Flyknit when they’re away from the pitch.

Both colourways of the Nike PSG Epic React Flyknit 2 will be available in early April via Nike By You.
